Chef Richard Berger is preparing an exclusive menu for our RSVP-only 4-course wine pairing dinner with Noble Vines.
The Menu will include:
- Soy Braised Prime New York Strip atop a Cauliflower and Spiced Pumpkin Puree.
- Sweet Potato Gnocchi with a Browned Butter Pork Belly Sauce.
- Seared Salmon with Bordelaise Sauce and Carrot Quenelle.
- Cream Cheese Stuffed Brioche French Toast with Caramel Pecan Ice Cream.
