I would like to give props to the limo driver Calen! He did an amazing job on Prom night for us Filer Kids. We loved the ride and enjoyed how nice and the fun we had during the ride! Thank You Calen for such great night! We will defiantly will have to request you again!
We visit your establishment often but were never aware that you took Kickback Cards. It sure would have been nice to know since we spend quiet a bit of money in your place. I just found out about it over the radio today.

We had a group of 10 and only one server. We were ordering off a fixed menu, 9 filet & 1 lobster order. We were not able to request how the filet was cooked & the wait between ordering & receiving our food was well over half an hour. The server was really nice & did her best, no complaints about her at all. The lobster was very good but many thought the filets were over cooked. The view from the room we were in is awesome! So, I guess we could not really recommend your establishment for large groups but we've had smaller business dinners in the past (2-4) and have had no issues with the quality of the food or service.

My wife and I in the past has loved to eat at Canyon Crest; however last night when my wife looked through the menu to decide what we would eat tomorrow night when we went there, she did not like what was listed on the new menu. It appears there is no choice of side dishes with your entree any more and the entree she likes does not have a side dish that she likes. Also many of the dishes are cooked in alcohol. It looks like we will be looking for another nice restaurant for our fine dinning. Sorry Canyon Crest but we now cannot recommend you to others.
Response: First of all thank you for your review. Any information is discussed in our Meetings to ensure we can work on any quality and or other issues that may come up. I am sorry your wife did not like our new Menu. We certainly worked our menu around what our customers wanted and asked us for. As to the side dishes, all of our menu items do come with side dishes and on the steaks you get to choose which side you would like. We of course can substitute the side dish for you. The way the Menu is created the side dish chosen for that dish is only the recommended side which best fits that menu item! But we would be more than happy to substitute whatever side dish you would like in its place. As to the “alcohol” on the menu. Alcohol is used in many cooking techniques. All alcohol is “cooked out” and is only for taste. Many restaurants use this technique if not all. I myself am a Chef and I can promise you that all alcohol is cooked out in the process and contains no actual alcohol in it. I hope that this clarifies some things for you and hope that you actually give the new Menu a try! Thanks!
Everything was great tonight. Thought the menu and service were great. We had the Prime Rib and the Seafood Fra Diablo. Our Plates were empty!
